TERMS & CONDITIONS
All bookings are subject to the following terms and conditions.
Definitions
'Company' means Front Room Media Ltd and/or anyone employed by or representing them.
'Production' means the client, customer or their representative(s).
'Payment' means any fees due to the 'Company'.
'Products' means any physical product(s) or services.
'Delivery' means physically transferring.
Rates
All rates quoted are in GB pounds sterling and are based on a 10 hour day excluding VAT.
Hours over 12 are charged at 1.5T Hours over 14 at 2T. Invoices must be paid in sterling within 28 days.
Rates are subject to alteration without notice.
Not included in the 'Company' rates - tape/media stock, travel, road/tunnel/bridge tolls and congestion charges, car parking, accommodation and other reasonable expenses.
Expenses
Any reasonable cost incurred during the production such as those listed above will be added to the invoice plus 20%.
Base
Unless otherwise agreed, for the purpose of travel time and mileage, the 'Company' base is:
Harborne, Birmingham, West Midlands, United Kingdom.
Booking
An order in person, via phone, email, text or any other form of electronic media, or receipt of a call sheet will be treated as acceptance of these terms.
Cancellations
Cancellations made within 48 hours (based on office hours Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm) will be subject to 100% charge of the total order amount, unless otherwise agreed by both parties and stated in writing. Additional products arranged by the ‘Company’ from third parties on behalf of the ‘Production” for the fulfilment of the contract will be charged at 100% from placing order.
Settlement of Account
'Payment' on all accounts must be settled within 28 days of the invoice date. Outstanding balances after that period may be subject to interest charges at 8% above the Bank of England base rate at the date the debt becomes overdue in accordance with the late payment of commercial debts (interest) act 1998.
Invoices must be paid in GB pounds sterling via BACS, Faster Payments, with a cheque drawn on a UK bank or in cash.
Allowances
Unless otherwise agreed or provided by the 'Production', meal allowances are charged per 'Company' crew member at the following rates:
Breakfast £5.00
Lunch £7.00
Evening Meal £16.00
VAT
All rates are subject to VAT (currently 20%)

Information
Information contained within this website is for guidance and cannot be held as binding; the 'Company' reserve the right to alter or vary with or without notice.
Title and Risk
The title of the 'Product(s)' shall pass to the 'Production' only when the 'Production' has met all 'Payments' owing to the 'Company' howsoever arising. The risk in the 'Product(s)' shall pass on 'Delivery' and the 'Production' shall insure all loss and damage to the goods. The 'Production' irrevocably authorises the 'Company' and its duly authorised servants and or agents to enter upon the 'Production' premises for the purpose of repossessing the goods where the title therein has not passed to the 'Production'.
Health & Safety
The 'Production' shall notify the 'Company' prior to the commencement of any work of risks to health and safety which are reasonably foreseeable to the 'Production'.
Intellectual Property Rights
Any intellectual property rights applicable remain with the 'Company' until full and final 'Payment' has been received in accordance with the copyright, design and patents act 1988.
International Clients are required to pay a deposit at the time of booking and full estimated invoice 7 days prior to 1st day of shoot.
